Solar and wine, oh my! This daylong event will include transportation, lunch and wine tasting at THREE of Oregon’s leading solar powered wineries. Our Winery Hosts this year are: Ruby Vineyeard, Alloro Vineyards and Vidon Vineyard.

FREE CHILDCARE! Now parents can easily make the tour and support solar energy! For ages 2-12 we will provide free childcare at Scuola Italiana di Portland on 1550 NW 14th Ave, Portland, OR 97209. Drop off will be at 8:30 and pick-up at 5:45. Donations for this service gladly accepted.  Act quickly only 10 spots available! 

The price of the ticket includes your spot on the Solar Winery Tour bus, wine tastings and lunch. New also this year is a free Solar Oregon membership given to all non-members buying a winery tour ticket at the full price. 

The first pickup will be at Platt Electric in SE Portland (322 SE Taylor) at 9:00am and the second pickup will be at Tualatin Park & Ride (72nd Avenue and Bridgeport Road) at 9:25am. Drop-off times will be around 5:00pm at the Tualatin Park & Ride and 5:15pm at Platt Electric in SE Portland.

The Montana Renewable Energy Association is hosting its Montana Clean Energy Fair on Saturday, August 10, 2018 from 9 am to 3:30 pm at the Gallatin Co. Fairgrounds. This is the 9th year the fair has traveled around the state to different cities and the second time it’s been to Bozeman. The Fair brings hundreds of Montanans from around the region to participate in the event. The Montana Clean Energy Fair is free and open to the public. It is the go-to event of the year for renewable energy education, featuring a series of 45-minute workshops on topics including: renewable energy policy, solar electricity and solar heating, batteries and energy storage, financing and incentives, net-zero homes, off-grid living, and much more.
